What you will do

• Oversee operational performance of shipping flows across multiple carriers and markets.
• Lead initiatives to improve shipping reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Serve as the business owner for operational interfaces including tracking platforms and label providers.
• Translate logistics requirements into clear technical specifications for Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor shipment performance and analyze root causes of operational exceptions.
• Act as the primary subject-matter expert supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Seller Enablement teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of EU delivery flows, customs, and exception handling.
• Experience working with shipping technology platforms, APIs, or logistics SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects in a tech-enabled environment.
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
