Project Manager (TPRM)

Salary: €5,765 – €8,236 per month (based on 36 hours/week).

What you will do

• Finalize the design and oversee the build of the digital TPRM workflow for contract management.
• Validate workflow logic, assessments, and dashboards to ensure consistency with organizational methodology.
• Develop and execute an implementation plan for Dutch Business Units, including onboarding and user training.
• Coordinate with international project teams to integrate requirements and dependencies.
• Manage project governance, including scope, risks, issues, and reporting to the Procurement MT.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption of the new digital platform.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects.
• Advanced stakeholder alignment skills across multiple business units.
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Practical knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management or related risk domains.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to work within a hybrid structure in the Netherlands.
