What you will do

• Lead strategy and roadmap for payment fraud products and capabilities
• Develop and enrich customer-facing fraud management offerings with commercial strategy teams
• Oversee product lifecycle of fraud prevention tools for risk analytics, operations, and customers
• Collaborate with risk analytics to implement and monitor fraud detection and prevention solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, legal, and compliance
• Manage Fraud Analysts team to monitor fraud metrics and improve prevention strategies

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of professional experience
• 5+ years in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management
• Experience in product management, go-to-market, product design, planning, and development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• STEM degree with high academic achievements
• Experience in fintech or complex conceptual domains
