What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers including authentication and data mart configuration.
- Integrate customer systems using APIs, SFTP, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.
- Build and maintain automated workflows to speed up implementations and improve reliability.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and conduct deep dives to proactively solve integration risks.
- Leverage AI tools and scripting to automate repetitive tasks and scale impact.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and developer experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and comfortable with up to 25% travel.
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration, preferably in healthtech or SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and major EMRs (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth).
- Strong skills in APIs, data pipelines, Python scripting, SQL, and secure compliance environments (HIPAA, SOC2).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management instincts and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
