What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team including sourcing and closing candidates
• Develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals in partnership with business leaders
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract top-tier candidates
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seattle, United States
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, in-house environments
• Proven track record of hiring top 1% talent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse global teams
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments
