hirify.global is building a converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search.

What you will do

  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers to execute hiring processes and goals.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work with hirify.global’s leadership team on talent strategy, growth plans, and interview best practices.
  • Manage initial applicant reviews, first-interview scheduling, communications, and negotiations.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including using data to assess best practices and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle technical recruitment experience, including 1+ year hiring GenAI Engineers
  • Experience with Ashby preferred.
  • Experience hiring for a tech startup or an agency serving tech startups, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience hiring for various departments in an organization.
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of enhancing a company’s hiring lifecycle.
