What you will do

• Collaborate with developers on new 4G and 5G cellular features and create automated tests to verify functionality and performance
• Support integration and interoperability lab testing and field trials with OEMs and partners
• Analyze and optimize cellular features to improve network performance and reliability
• Build tools and dashboards to provide insight into network performance

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM discipline; or 2+ years professional software development experience
• Experience with 4G and/or 5G cellular network validation or mobile device validation and certification
• Proficiency with Linux, Python scripting, and Git version control
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status required due to ITAR regulations
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management, continuous integration, and agile development
• Familiarity with cellular network debugging tools such as Wireshark, QXDM, or XCAL
• Experience with device interoperability certification testing and new product introduction
• Knowledge of test equipment like base station emulators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
