What you will do

• Spearhead development and implementation of AI personalization features by crafting vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
• Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
• Utilize data to deeply understand user needs and guide product development.
• Collaborate closely with research, product design, and engineering teams to deliver new capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, USA
• 7-10+ years of product management experience or successful startup founder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven experience shipping products in technical environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with LLM research and translating it into production applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
