What you will do

• Define and own the long‑term product strategy for student‑focused learning tools, integrating learning science, adaptive learning, and AI‑driven workflows.
• Translate complex educational, technical, and market insights into a clear product vision and roadmap across multiple feature areas.
• Drive product‑market fit by synthesizing customer signals, competitive analysis, and research evidence to identify unmet or emerging student needs.
• Establish success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, learning efficacy measures) and ensure alignment with hirify.global’s broader AI strategy.
• Lead end‑to-end product execution —from ideation to launch to iteration—ensuring high standards of quality, security, accessibility, and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping impactful consumer education technology products.
• Deep understanding of learning science, adaptive learning, and engagement-driven design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including research, engineering, design, data, and education stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing senior leaders.
