What you will do

• Lead and manage an engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Design, build, ship, and maintain scalable features for the North AI workspace platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from initial design and planning through implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Apply expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality.
• Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing.
• Contribute across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack.
• Customer-focused, product-minded approach to building software, prioritising outcomes and impact.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and stay focused as priorities and objectives evolve.
• English: B2 required
