What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation to approval, ensuring readiness for reviews and adapting processes as needed.
• Coordinate and guide international teams to meet project milestones and facilitate workflow across regions.
• Create presentation decks and maintain project schedules, identifying and resolving risks proactively.
• Review submission materials for clarity and accuracy and facilitate project meetings with documentation of decisions and follow-ups.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product planners and support onboarding and training.

Requirements

• Location: In-office attendance in Irvine, CA is mandatory for effective supervision and collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product planning, project management, or similar roles.
• Bilingual Japanese/English with professional working proficiency or above
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet.
