What you will do
- Lead enablement for product and process launches, including readiness planning and reinforcement to ensure adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align enablement content with sales positioning and workflows.
- Develop scalable enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, and coaching frameworks.
- Support sales managers to strengthen coaching capabilities and enablement execution.
- Drive adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies across the sales organization.
- Provide reporting and insights on enablement adoption and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, HI, LA, MT)
- 4-7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Training roles.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with ability to build scalable programs.
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance insights to optimize enablement.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly, Mindtickle.
- Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Ability to design engaging enablement content and resources.
