Staff Network Engineer

What you will do

• Improve and introduce best practice procedures, standards and policies.
• Review and implement changes on the network, following Change management process (ITIL).
• Create troubleshooting procedure/documentation to help level1/level2 engineers to perform their job efficiently.
• Rack, build, and configure network appliances at offices and datacenters.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for short periods of time.
• Experience working with Cisco routers and LAN switches.
• Experience working with Cisco SDA architecture and Cisco DNA.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for network operations, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Ability to work with AI-driven network automation tools (e.g., Cisco AI Assistant).
• Deep understanding of network fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP Addressing/Subnetting, VLANs, etc).

Nice to have

• Cisco Certifications - CCNP and/or CCIE.
• Experience Integrating AI tools for monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Experience with integrating networks from acquisitions.
• Scripting or automation (Python, Ansible, Netbox) highly desired.
