What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance global backbone infrastructure.
• Develop automation solutions for customer impact mitigation using Python and Ansible.
• Manage cloud VPCs and network hardware to maintain seamless 24/7 operations.
• Apply advanced traffic engineering skills to optimize backbone performance.
• Guide team members and develop roadmap strategies for network development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal AI infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with backbone network protocols (MPLS, RSVP-TE) in hyperscale environments.
• 5+ years of routing experience with BGP and IS-IS, including traffic engineering expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in Python scripting for infrastructure automation.
• 3+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting cloud VPCs and network hardware.
• Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Arista hardware.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and OCI cloud environments.
• Background in capacity planning for large-scale networks.
• Proven track record in incident response and on-call rotations.
