What you will do

• Own full design lifecycle from research to production-ready specs across consumer and developer products.
• Prototype frequently to explore and validate design ideas.
• Shape and scale design systems ensuring coherence across multiple product surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to align priorities and ship quality products quickly.
• Deliver strong visual and interaction design craftsmanship, including micro-interactions and information architecture.
• Advocate for users by grounding design decisions in research and data.

Requirements

• Location: Greece with remote-first global hiring.
• 5–8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
• Fluency in Figma including component architecture and design system variables.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and interaction design thinking.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI-augmented design tools and workflows.
• Portfolio including AI-built prototypes or experiments.
• Experience or interest in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or blockchain developer tooling.
