What you will do

• Serve as the functional manager for a multidisciplinary AI team, including AI engineers, AI architects, and data engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders across corporate functions and business units to identify high-value AI use cases and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead teams through the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including problem framing, solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives; measure, communicate, and continuously improve the business value and ROI of AI projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, IT, security, legal, and compliance teams to deliver AI solutions effectively.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior and executive stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field AND 10 years of job-related experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 16 years of the same job-related experience.
• 8+ years of experience working in AI/ML roles, with track record of delivering production AI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in English required, with regular collaboration across global teams.
• Strong foundation in traditional AI and machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, decision trees, random forests, optimization techniques, and statistical modeling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or PhD) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related field.
• History of launching multiple AI products/programs in parallel, particularly in global or regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medtech).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary AI research and development teams that innovate at the forefront of the field.
