What you will do

• Design, execute, and manage experiments on LLMs, Agentic AI, and ML systems with reproducible pipelines.
• Debug complex algorithmic behaviors and ensure code quality with best software engineering practices.
• Deliver projects autonomously and present research findings clearly to technical and business teams.
• For senior level: Own end-to-end research strategy, bridge research with product teams, mentor others, and develop advanced MLOps pipelines.
• Represent research efforts externally and contribute to top-tier AI conference publications.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in Spain.
• Master's degree in a technical quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Strong fundamentals in machine learning, deep learning, and experience with LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MLOps tools like Docker.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to communicate complex research to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in relevant technical field.
• Experience in academic or industrial AI research labs.
• Publication record at top AI/ML conferences or journals.
