What you will do

• Manage and configure advanced access request workflows including role-based and just-in-time provisioning.
• Lead authorization governance and policy decisions for privileged data and job functions.
• Architect automated identity lifecycle workflows integrating Okta, Veza, and Lumos.
• Implement continuous identity security monitoring and governance to detect risks.
• Establish governance for non-human identities and AI security integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, and system owners to embed identity security.
• Automate compliance evidence collection and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work US remote.
• 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) with strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles.
• Hands-on experience with modern IGA tools such as Veza, Lumos, and Okta.
• Expertise in managing non-human identities and secrets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Strong understanding of Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or workflow automation languages.
