• Ensure operational readiness and governance compliance across jurisdictions.
• Conduct regulatory feasibility assessments for market expansion and provide strategic risk recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a global regulatory and licensing team to build capability and consistency.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, compliance, or related fintech/crypto fields.
• Proven expertise managing complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory authorisation processes.
• Strong cross-regional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience leading regional or matrixed teams preferred.
