What you will do

• Own and evolve the blocks library foundational to every form experience
• Lead strategic evolution of respondent experience architecture
• Introduce new high impact block types such as scheduling, payments, and document signature
• Define product strategy for renderer refactoring to improve flexibility and reduce constraints
• Partner with engineering on architectural decisions shaping the platform’s future
• Ensure scalability, performance, and ease of use of the block system for internal teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or United Kingdom
• Strong product sense with experience in platform-level product systems
• Experience collaborating with engineering on complex technical initiatives
• Comfort discussing architecture, performance, and scalability
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define direction

Nice to have

• Experience building form builders, survey tools, or creator-focused products
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced product experiences and platform refactoring
