TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Sales): Driving new account and business development in the U.S. Central or Eastern regions with an accent on partner ecosystem engagement and pipeline management. Location: Remote within the U.S. Central or Eastern regions

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 USD base plus uncapped variable compensation

What you will do

  • Build and manage a 3-5X sales pipeline within assigned U.S. territory
  • Close business primarily with companies having 1000+ employees
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately using CRM tools
  • Develop territory and partner plans to drive short- and long-term revenue
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners to generate demand and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute partner marketing campaigns and events

Requirements

  • Must be located in the U.S., preferably Central or Eastern regions
  • 4-8 years of high-tech IT sales experience, preferably with channel and partner ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving partner growth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient with CRM and office productivity tools

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT security products or startups
  • Relationships with SMB/SME resellers, MSPs, VARs, and integrators
