What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships as the main technical contact and liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise on products, services, and technologies.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions and integrations.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Deliver proactive support including best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct training and education sessions to empower clients.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Medellín with hybrid office attendance on specified days.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite or QuickBooks and accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage high ticket volumes and multitask effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA.
  • Background in Payments or Fintech industries.
  • Experience in enterprise software or SaaS companies.
  • Ability to read database tables using SQL queries.
