What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Applied AI Partner Solutions Architects, setting goals and promoting career growth.
• Serve as senior technical partner to international GTM partnerships, driving strategic programs and partner enablement.
• Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to support AI practices and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lead joint solution development with partners to accelerate AI deployment across international markets.
• Own technical aspects of partner-led pre-sales engagements to unblock strategic customer deals.
• Represent hirify.global at international partner events and drive cross-functional collaboration for business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK or able to work hybrid with office presence.
• 7+ years in technical customer/partner-facing roles and 3+ years managing pre-sales or partner-facing technical teams.
• Experience building partnerships with GSIs and cloud providers (AWS, GCP) across international markets.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders including C-suite and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and AI-powered system design.

Nice to have

• 5+ years leading partner-facing solution architect teams through hypergrowth.
• Hands-on AI/ML platform experience and executive engagement in large-scale technical evaluations.
• Experience building and scaling technical partner programs across multiple geographies.
• Experience helping GSIs build or scale AI/ML practices including enablement and certification programs.
