What you will do
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for top-tier customers and drive customer success
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase merchant revenue
- Onboard new clients, assist with migrations, and guide campaign setups across channels
- Provide proactive strategic advice and respond promptly to client inquiries
- Review dashboards, address issues, and ensure consistent messaging and escalation
- Contribute feedback to Product/Engineering and conduct quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer success experience
- Fluency in English and Chinese languages
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels including Wechat
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms like Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, G-Suite, and hirify.global
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus
- Strong time management and independent working ability
