What you will do

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for top-tier customers and drive customer success
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase merchant revenue
• Onboard new clients, assist with migrations, and guide campaign setups across channels
• Provide proactive strategic advice and respond promptly to client inquiries
• Review dashboards, address issues, and ensure consistent messaging and escalation
• Contribute feedback to Product/Engineering and conduct quarterly business reviews

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer success experience
• Fluency in English and Chinese languages
• Strong communication skills across multiple channels including Wechat
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms like Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, G-Suite, and hirify.global
• Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus
• Strong time management and independent working ability
