What you will do

• Assist with accounts reconciliation, payment investigations, and collaborate with Settlements teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams on automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain organized records and compile data for ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Analyze datasets and prepare information for stakeholders and fee negotiations.
• Communicate with banking partners to resolve trading and settlement issues.
• Identify manual tasks and help automate scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or student in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work accurately to deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deliverables.
• Proactive, critical thinker with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
