What you will do

• Design robust, scalable architectures tailored to the company’s tech stack including apps, SDKs, and SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into practical architectures.
• Write and review technical proposals ensuring alignment with architectural principles and long-term vision.
• Guide development through code reviews, PoCs, and defining architectural standards.
• Analyze, document, and evolve existing architectures using open standards like the C4 model and ADRs.
• Mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of software development experience and 3+ years in a Technical Architect or similar leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C++.
• Proven ability to analyze, refactor, and document complex systems using open standards such as C4 and ADRs.
• Deep understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and modern system paradigms like microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience architecting systems for scale, balancing performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD automation, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and DevOps principles.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
