What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients, providing concierge-style service.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling crypto financial products.
- Conduct client discovery to understand goals and personalize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance client experience.
- Maintain CRM records and track client engagement and revenue performance.
- Build client communities and support VIP initiatives via real-time communication channels like Telegram.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, United States.
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
- Strong commercial mindset with success in upselling and cross-selling complex products.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills for senior client engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms and real-time communication tools such as Telegram.
- Interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial products.
