What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients, providing concierge-style service.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling crypto financial products.
  • Conduct client discovery to understand goals and personalize engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and track client engagement and revenue performance.
  • Build client communities and support VIP initiatives via real-time communication channels like Telegram.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, United States.
  • Proven experience in relationship management or sales within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
  • Strong commercial mindset with success in upselling and cross-selling complex products.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills for senior client engagement.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and real-time communication tools such as Telegram.
  • Interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial products.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of high-net-worth or active trading clients.
  • Experience supporting multiple crypto products like trading, yield, lending, or structured investments.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based sales.
