Location: This is a remote position that will be based in the US.

Salary: $104,000 to $145,000

What you will do

• Own full-cycle global recruitment across Sales, R&D, and G&A roles.
• Leverage and optimize Greenhouse ATS to its full capability, ensuring clean data, structured workflows, and reporting accuracy to maintain data integrity and compliance across global hiring efforts.
• Partner closely with FP&A to align hiring plans with financial forecasts and headcount budgets.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Engineering, Product, G&A).
• Demonstrated international recruiting experience across multiple regions.
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS (required).
• Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and funnel metrics.
