What you will do

Architect, design, and implement robust backend solutions focusing on RESTful APIs and microservices.
Lead modernization efforts by refactoring legacy monolithic, database-driven systems into modular components.
Mentor and guide a distributed engineering team across Stockholm and Pune.
Collaborate with Product Manager to define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
Drive initiatives to improve code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Translate complex business workflows into scalable technical solutions balancing speed and risk.

Requirements

Location: Based in or near Solna, Sweden with hybrid work model
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL with production experience.
Proven expertise in API design, microservices architecture, and domain-driven design.
Experience leading technical transformation of legacy systems and mentoring distributed teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure cloud platform, Git, and DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in Equity post-trade or Capital Markets systems and understanding of equity trading workflows.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working in a product organization with close tech-business collaboration.
