What you will do

• Define partnership growth strategy, segmentation, and prioritization
• Lead executive negotiations and close complex multi-stakeholder deals
• Elevate partnership strategy, processes, and execution with best practices
• Drive alignment with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Define KPIs and iterate on partnership strategy to improve results
• Hire, lead, and develop an international Business Growth team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in partnerships and business growth within fintech, trading, or crypto
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head, or Director)
• Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of closing complex deals
• Experienced people leader able to build and scale international teams
• Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and collaborating cross-functionally
