What you will do

  • Drive the strategy, operations, and performance of the partner marketplace to ensure value for both the company and fintech partners.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to ensure offerings are well-integrated and positioned.
  • Monitor business metrics and marketplace performance to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Act as the primary connector for external partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation, and ongoing success.
  • Continuously evolve the marketplace to reflect evolving fintech trends and partner needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business ownership, product management, partnerships, or marketplace operations.
  • Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in business metrics, marketing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Experience delivering value and managing a marketplace environment.
  • US-based (California or Georgia).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or platform businesses.
  • Background in launching or scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with digital banking, embedded finance, or B2B2C models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and hustle.
