What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and developer hand-off.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Create intuitive and accessible user experiences for web and mobile platforms, including internal tools and customer-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, content strategists, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into practical design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Design cohesive digital assets and flows, including content-rich sites and emails, aligned with established brand systems.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, specifically consumer-facing and mobile experiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, typography, color, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders and engineering teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
