What you will do
- Own and grow key UK client accounts by building trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner.
- Identify and shape opportunities to create additional value within existing accounts, working closely with clients and Vega IT delivery teams.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable initiatives, aligning priorities, scope, and expectations with both clients and internal teams.
- Proactively monitor and manage risks, track key metrics, and anticipate client needs to maintain high satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital business development, client account management, or digital agency/technology services/management consulting delivery.
- Understanding of business models across multiple domains (Insurance, Finance and Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Education).
- Passionate and genuinely motivated by client success.
- Proactive in anticipating client needs and taking initiative to address risks and opportunities.
- Expert in structured thinking and problem-solving.
