What you will do
- Run discovery, demos, pilots, and closes with lighthouse accounts; co-sell with AEs/NPIs; create early reference wins.
- Build the launch and growth plan, run weekly cadences, and unblock cross-functional delivery.
- Feed crisp market signals, prioritize GTM-critical gaps, and align roadmap sequencing with revenue impact.
- Refine positioning, messaging, and market education; ensure consistent pitch and proof points.
- Ship the demo storyline, objection handling, competitive angles, proof kits, and customer stories; train NPIs/AEs/CSMs.
- Build dashboards, forecast ARR, and drive weekly "plan vs. actual" with clear corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or business development (must have active selling experience)
- Entrepreneurial DNA: 0→1 builder, comfortable in ambiguity, hands-on and fast
- Strong product understanding and the ability to translate customer problems into crisp GTM asks
- Proven cross-functional leadership (PMM, Product, Sales, Growth, RevOps) without direct authority
