What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end content development and final asset delivery across multiple programs.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback and collaborate with localization teams for seamless workflow transitions.
• Lead project delivery managing scope, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Improve production workflows and drive continuous process improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and financial administration including budgeting and cost control.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely from there.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
