What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Troubleshoot privilege-related issues and support endpoint security measures.
• Assist with application control policies including allow-listing, deny-listing, and grey-listing.
• Analyze application behavior and document procedures to improve security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support EPM deployments and user experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near San Jose, CA with hybrid work onsite 3 days per week
• 2-3 years experience with CyberArk EPM, endpoint security tools, or OS administration (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and macOS workstation operations and least-privilege principles.
• Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation in Confluence.
