What you will do
- Provide technical expertise in endpoint and network security solutions including AV, EDR, SIEM, firewalls, and incident response.
- Explain complex security problems clearly to diverse audiences including C-level executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams as a technical bridge to customers.
- Support multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment with strong self-starting ability.
- Maintain extensive contacts and references within the information security field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of sales engineering or relevant security experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be located in or able to work remotely within the DMV area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland), USA.
- Must pass government background and fingerprint checks.
Nice to have
- Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, and sandboxing.
- Programming or scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with virtualization/VDI and large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS.
