What you will do

• Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock program teams and guide delivery across a broad program portfolio.
• Communicate status, risks, and solutions to Senior Leadership to drive transparency.
• Identify and manage cross-program dependencies to resolve critical issues in rapid expansion.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to improve development velocity and implement hirify.global’s Tech Strategy.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate outcomes in program activities.

Requirements

• Strong program management experience with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing leaders and building partnerships.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Highly capable in stakeholder management and strong capability to build strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs in an agile environment.
• Deep knowledge of the fintech landscape is highly preferred; BaaS Platform experience is an ideal match.
