Senior Product Marketing Manager (Collaboration & Scale, AI): Taking ownership of hirify.global’s collaboration, governance, and asset management capabilities with an accent on defining how teams work together and manage content. Focus on shaping the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for features that enable organizations to confidently scale hirify.global across teams, departments, and regions.

Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 (Zone A, US), $160,000 - $193,000 (Zone B, US), $149,000 - $180,000 (Zone C, US), 157,000 - 189,000 (CAD, ON & BC, Canada)

What you will do

  • Drive clear, compelling positioning and adoption of hirify.global’s collaboration, governance, and enterprise capabilities.
  • Enable Sales and Customer teams with differentiated narratives, materials, and tools.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for hirify.global’s asset management capabilities.
  • Develop narratives that communicate the value of asset management for enterprise teams.
  • Partner with Product and Design to define how asset management fits into broader collaboration, permissions, and publishing workflows.
  • Lead launches for new collaboration and scale features, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing products related to content, asset management, or content operations.
  • Solid foundational understanding of the challenges facing Marketing teams at Enterprise organizations.
