What you will do
- Own and develop a customer referral flywheel to drive new customer acquisition.
- Build and manage community engagement on Slack, Substack, and social platforms.
- Formalize and nurture channel partnerships with service providers supporting target brands.
- Coordinate customer communications with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Plan and support tradeshow preparation and follow-up activities.
- Manage engagement and content distribution for event attendees and demo participants.
Requirements

- 3-10 years of experience in lifecycle, community, client services, partnerships, or marketing operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on campaign execution.
- Experience with AI tools and productivity software is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
