What you will do

• Work directly with clients and hirify.global teams to deploy and operationalize zTPS software offerings.
• Assist with pilots, proof-of-value engagements, and transition to production-ready deployments.
• Collaborate with hirify.global account teams to ensure client involvement and success.
• Provide product feedback to hirify.global development labs to influence feature design and roadmap.
• Contribute reusable assets like documentation, playbooks, and scripts to scale enablement.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work without visa sponsorship.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment across time zones and cultures.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Academic exposure to operating systems, networking, mainframe technologies, and programming fundamentals (COBOL, Java).

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to automation/configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, YAML).
• Knowledge of observability concepts like OpenTelemetry.
• Curiosity about AI technologies including Large Language Models and Conversational AI.
• Willingness to learn integration of technologies within z/OS environments.
