Requirements

• 5+ years in design roles, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related fields preferable.
• Strong creative brand sensitivity and ability to express a brand identity within shared design systems.
• Experience with editorial and content-led design, designing for storytelling and content-rich journeys.
• System fluency and experience refining or extending design systems and component libraries.
• Demonstrated implementation quality, ensuring design intent carries through to production.
