Product Manager (Privacy Platform): Defining and driving the product roadmap for privacy and transparency technologies deployed across hirify.global's network with an accent on emerging cryptography and internet standards. Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX | New York, NY | Lisbon, Portugal)

Salary: $141,000 - $194,000 (For New York City, New Jersey, Washington, Washington DC, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for privacy and transparency technologies deployed across hirify.global's network.
• Partner with cryptography researchers and engineers to translate emerging standards into production-ready products.
• Work with consumer technology companies to co-develop privacy-preserving infrastructure for their products.
• Identify new applications for transparency log technology to improve security and trust.
• Navigate technical tradeoffs between privacy guarantees, transparency requirements, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with policy, legal, and communications teams to position hirify.global as a leader in building a more trustworthy Internet.

Requirements

• Understanding and passion for privacy on the Internet.
• 3+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, privacy, or cryptography-adjacent products.
• Strong technical foundation or engineering background.
• Experience working with or understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Track record of shipping products that serve both enterprise customers and massive consumer scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IETF standards processes.
• Prior work on end-to-end encrypted systems.
• Privacy-oriented academic research.
