Salary: CAD 120,000–140,000 per year (Ontario)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end data projects focusing on proof-of-concept initiatives with high organizational impact.
• Develop hypotheses, perform data exploration, modeling, and impact measurement.
• Design and execute robust A/B tests and statistical analyses.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through data narratives and visualizations.
• Lead adoption of analytics standards and methodologies across the organization.
• Collaborate with data professionals and foster continuous improvement in data processes and quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada, preferably Toronto, Ontario
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or related roles.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python or R, data visualization tools, and cloud data platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required
