What you will do

• Identify and pursue high-value data projects, immersing yourself in specific business areas.
• Solve complex technical problems through proof-of-concept and exploratory solutions.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experimental frameworks, performing statistical analysis and causal inference.
• Measure project impact with creative techniques.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Data Strategy Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, data strategy, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
• Proven business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with modern data transformation tools such as dbt or Dataform.
• Experience with version control, collaboration, and workflow management (e.g., Github).
