What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support software applications within hirify.global’s product platforms.
• Implement software components and features across multiple platforms following defined specifications and engineering standards.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery of software features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders to implement scalable solutions aligned with product architecture.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure software reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to improve quality, share knowledge, and maintain consistent development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in software development or engineering
• Experience using source code management systems and work item tracking tools
• Knowledge of software engineering frameworks, development methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with software design patterns and risk management principles in development environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively in English: B2+ within global teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices or cloud-based software solutions is advantageous
