Salary: $150,680 - $225,700 per annum

What you will do
- Collaborate with ASIC, chip designers, and hardware/software engineers to define requirements and design evaluation boards.
- Design, bring-up, test, and debug complex CPU/SoC reference products.
- Create detailed design documentation to support internal and external customer designs.
- Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations and analyses for high-speed interfaces.
- Use lab equipment for measurements and debugging of hardware designs.
- Engage with multiple functional teams throughout ASIC project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, CA, United States
- BSEE/MSEE degree with 10+ years of experience in high-speed, high-density PCB design involving processors and power supply designs.
- Strong knowledge of multi-core CPUs, DDR4/5 memory, serdes interfaces including PCIe Gen3/4/5, and 25G/100G/200G Ethernet.
- Experience with SI/PI simulation and analysis tools and hands-on lab measurement and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to master and apply latest technologies including PCIe Gen5, DDR5, and 5G related technologies.
