Salary: $114,400 – $157,300 per year

What you will do

• Translate field issues and customer requirements into product improvements and new features.
• Review customer schematics and layouts for signal-integrity and power-integrity best practices.
• Perform board-level bring-up and validation using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
• Develop automation scripts to support the evaluation and testing of reference designs.
• Create application collateral, including reference designs, layout guidelines, and application notes.
• Provide debug support for complex customer issues and conduct FAE training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Hardware Applications, Design, or Systems Validation Engineer.
• Familiarity with high-speed data protocols including Ethernet, MIPI CSI-2, and display protocols (DP/eDP).
• Strong understanding of high-speed SerDes fundamentals (channel loss, reflections, jitter, equalization).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as TDR, VNA, BERT, and logic analyzers.
• Experience with high-speed signal PCB design (layer stack-up, routing constraints, differential pairs).
