What you will do

• Plan and publish technical content such as blog posts, case studies, and product updates targeting developers and technical buyers.
• Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end including asset coordination, launch, and performance reporting.
• Implement SEO and paid search strategies to drive traffic and growth.
• Build and optimize lead generation assets including landing pages and email nurture sequences.
• Coordinate community events, webinars, and developer meetups to increase awareness and retention.
• Integrate AI tools into content creation and campaign execution workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany or able to work onsite.
• 1–2 years experience in B2B marketing, content, or growth, preferably in startups or agencies.
• C2/native English proficiency with strong writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SEO tools like Semrush and Google Ads campaign execution.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work autonomously.
