What you will do
- Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives.
- Lead cross-functional strategy with RevOps, payment partners, Finance, and Engineering to architect fee allocation models, pricing frameworks, net take-rate optimization, and scalable payout/money movement infrastructure.
- Synthesize customer insights, market dynamics, and internal performance data to define long-term product strategy and influence company-level priorities.
- Own end-to-end product architecture and roadmap clarity, translating complex business objectives into coherent multi-team execution plans.
- Partner with Go-to-Market leadership to shape positioning, rollout sequencing, and monetization strategy for major launches.
- Act as the organizational authority for your domain, setting standards, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and mentoring other PMs.
Requirements
- Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale.
- Fintech experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, payments and/or SaSS products.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.

- Understanding of ecommerce, hospitality and other products that are critical in retail and hospitality merchant workflows
- Retail, Hospitality and eCommerce industry experience
